What those words mean....

All of the kittens will go home only with fair contract which will benefit us,the new owner and also the cat.

These are the terms concerning bookings and sale:

Sold-- means paid in full.
Delivered-- means paid in full and delivered to new home
Deposit-- means paid the deposit or start paying the agreed staggered payment
Reserved-- means verbal/ written reserved , no deposit made and will hold the kitten until further updates from the new owner.Normally will hold for 2 weeks b4 made to available again.
Available--available for viewing.
Not For Sale--means that we are keeping the kittens for future studs/queens

We are open to discussion on staggered payments for neutered (2-3x) and/or intact (3-4x) kittens. However, the release of the kittens to their new homes are upon payment completion.

All kittens will receive 2x Vaccination, deworming, and CFA approved certifcation.

Why we dont simply sell cat with breeding right and the price is way expensive?

• to manage the gene pool properly.

• to make sure that there will be no inbreeding done with Fancycoon line.

• to try making sure that the line will go to good hand, not to those who want to make money out of it . so by doing this will minimise creating unethical breeder or byb or kitten mills breeder.

• to be able to proper manage the pricing so that the handling and wellfare of the cats/kitten will be in good manner. Just imagine if the price is too low and not enough money to maintain a cattery...then how the breeder will be able to product good quality , healthy kitten?

Give you an example here:-

Fancycoon bought a pair of kitten at 7k each. So the total pair is 14k.

Then when they old enough for breeding then they will mate. Average litter will be around 5 litter. I simply sell to anyone with breeding right at 5k each.

This Person (A), bought the kitten in pair from me at 5k, with the intention of mass breeding it . so their basic cost already 4k less then me. So one they get the kitten and with their mind of mass breeding, they can sell the new litter at 2.5k to 3k regardless neuter or not!! (i still not talking about the problem that they can produce by inbreeding a sibling !!)

Then Person (B) get 1 pair of kittens from (A) at 3k each. So the cost will be only 6k. That's already half of my cost when I first brought in the kitten. (B) can produce kitten and sell at sub 1k or even 500RM per kitten!!. Then (C) will buy from (B) with the cost of 1k only and then sell at 300RM. I'm not sure how are they going to control the quality and prove the kitten that theirs is show quality? Showing cat 1 time at least need few hundrew RM.

This is real case scenario that happened in 1 of the country in Europe. At this moment that country have approx. 1800 mainecoon breeders and have problem selling their kitten and manage the quality of the kitten properly. We are talking about 1800mco breeder..not inclusive of other breed yet!!

The Pricing

Quality, Condition and Intention

1. Pet Quality- The Kittens/ Catswill go to new homes after being Neutered / Spayed before their release to new homes. The new owner should understand that they are only intended as pets and not for showing or breeding.

2. Breed Quality - The Kittens/Cats will only go to the new homes only after we are satisfied with the potential owners. We prefer experienced, reputable breeders via recommendation. However, as one of our objective is to create better breeders in this region, we encourage newcomers.

Tip: It will be good if you can understand what a breeder is in the first place and understand all the financial and commitment of venturing into cat-breeding. Therefore it will be an extra bonus is you already have 1 (preferably imported) line in hand and is now looking for another line from us. We would be more than happy to assist you.

3. Show Quality - The Kittens/Cats will be released either intact or neutered/spayed. In the case of intact kittens, they will most probably go only to experienced and thrust-worthy breeders.

Pricing differs with regards to items 1,2 or 3, conditions of the kittens and intentions of the new owners. The lowest price will be that of the Pet quality and the highest is Show Quality with Breeding Rights. As for Show Quality (regardless of intact or neutered), if the new owners show and manage to GC the cat with proof in the form of some good pictures, we will be happy to give some rewards such as rebate,cat food, our own cert, features in the web,etc which will be determined later.

As we want all cat lover to be able to own a pedigree cat, we have come up with very attractive package just for you!! So now everyone can own a pedigree cat!!

* the price above not include transportation cost , rabies shot and microchipping.

** Kitten/Cat with breeding right will go thru proper screening and prefer to have some good reference from another cattery or CFA judge.

Note to remember:-

• The Kitten/Cat with CH/PR title will add RM400.

• The Kitten/Cat with GC/GP title will add RM2k.

• The Kitten/Cat with the title above than GC/GP i.e DW, BW, NW etc will add 5k and above.
